JobLife offers a unique opportunity to get an online certificate from the most prestigious universities of Cambridge, Oxford or Harvard. In cooperation with these universities there will be 33 grants given in the total amount of € 99,000. Each grant allows selected candidates to complete an online course in the total amount of € 3,000 at one of the universities.
Who Qualifies for the Grant?
All registered JobLife users can apply for the grant; especially those who would like to work in the selected area for a longer period of time and who are interested in acquiring new information and knowledge enabling them to pursue a professional career in their field.
Each candidate for the grant has to meet the following criteria:

- Completion of at least secondary education and at least two years of working experience, or a college degree
- English language level required by these universities
Use of the Grant
Grant may be used exclusively for payment of the online course at the university. The grant is valid for one and a half year. During the validity of the grant recipient can choose and subscribe to a selected online course at those universities. LifeWeb Company Ltd. shall pay the course fee directly to the universities, and thus one selected course for each of the 33 grant recipients
Conditions for Obtaining of the Grant
- Fully completed application form indicating the department in which the applicant intends to complete online course. Selected department should correspond with his/her current career field.
- Two letters of recommendation which shall be of professional or occupational nature confirming work and career success of the candidate. The references should be from persons with a higher working position than the candidates. The recommendations must be obtained through JobLife portal.
Deadline for Receiving of Applications
Applications for the grant shall be submitted by all registered users of JobLife portal in the period from November 2, 2009 to December 31, 2009.
Applications shall be submitted only through electronic form placed on JobLife portal in the Career Leap! section.
Immediately after filling the application form, the candidate can start to obtain the recommendations. The deadline to submit all recommendations is January 31, 2010.

Selection of Candidates for the Grant
Selection of candidates will be made based on information contained in the application form, the applicants profile on JobLife portal and applicants recommendations. Recommendations must certify the candidates ability to successfully complete courses at the selected universities as well as the assumption that knowledge gained through the course will be used in their career progress. None of the above selection criteria is superior to another and will be evaluated comprehensively by an independent committee.
Names of the successful candidates who obtained grant will be posted February 8, 2010 for one and a half years on the JobLife website.

Criteria for Assessing of Applications
All recommendations of the candidates who get on the shortlist will be examined by the JobLife representatives who verify its authenticity.
It is forbidden to request recommendation from any of the members of the Leap in Your Career project committee. Should that occur, the recommendation will not be taken into consideration.
Selection committee will make the final decision on the candidates who will obtain the grant. The decision of the committee can not be appealed; the decision is final and unalterable.

General Conditions
JobLife portal reserves the right to complete the selection committee with new members anytime during the project. These new members will be introduced in the Selection Committee section.
The committee is entitled by virtue of its decision to exclude any applicant for a grant without giving any reason, if necessary. The excluded candidate is not entitled to any compensation from LifeWeb Ltd.
If the candidate who receives a grant does not submit or request a tuition reimbursement for the online study at the selected university within a year and a half, the grant shall be forfeited without any compensation. JobLife portal will reimburse each candidate for one selected online course only, in a value which is set by the university, maximum of up to € 3,000.
LifeWeb Ltd. employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for a grant in this project.
